Co-Founder & Vice President, PDS Group LLC

"I have served our founder's legacy well, but I never see myself as done."

A servant leader building legacies through trust — Danielle Y. Scott is the inaugural President and CEO of the Pincus Family Foundation (PFF), a $120M+ endowed family foundation dedicated to improving the lives of children, their families, and their communities. With nearly three decades of nonprofit experience, Danielle has been the driving force behind PFF's evolution from kitchen-table philanthropy to a nationally recognized foundation that has distributed more than $30 million to nearly 300 grantee partners worldwide. Under her leadership, PFF has become a model for trust-based philanthropy, building deep, lasting partnerships rooted in listening, learning, and intentional equity.

Danielle has also been at the forefront of advancing mission-aligned investing (MAI) as a tool for systemic change, most recently securing PFF's first Program Related Investment. A milestone that reflects her commitment to ensuring every philanthropic dollar works harder for the communities it serves. She spearheaded a landmark Health and Wellness Pillar Partner Program uniting Boston Medical Center, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Temple University, andTulane University to break down siloed practices and build self-sustaining pipelines of impact. A graduate of the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute at Bryn Mawr College and the inaugural Philadelphia African American Leadership Development Forum (PAADLF), she serves on the board of the Philanthropy Network of Greater Philadelphia and is a member ofCHIEF, a national network for women executive leaders.
